We will determine whether the full session should be rescheduled or whether ground media can proceed with aerial capture completed separately.

ARE AERIAL IMAGES AVAILABLE AT EVERY PROPERTY?
No. Airspace, weather, site layout, safety, privacy and local restrictions may limit or prevent aerial operations.

CAN YOU CREATE BOTH HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL VIDEO?
Yes, when included in the agreed scope. Tell us where the video will be published so the capture and edit can be planned correctly.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE MEDIA?
We offer guaranteed next-day delivery for listing photos. Same-day rush delivery may be available upon request, depending on scheduling and availability.
